Good day, I purchased a flight ticket from Turkish Airlines' mobile website. The ticket I bought was for a direct flight from Istanbul Airport to Gaziantep, departing on April 5, 2024, at 12:30 PM. The ticket was a preferred Turkish Airlines ticket with a red emblem. Everything was normal until I boarded the plane and realized it belonged to Anadolu Jet. I asked the relevant staff about this. I specifically bought a Turkish Airlines ticket at a higher price. If I had wanted to fly with Anadolu Jet, I would have purchased a ticket accordingly. When I asked why this service was provided, they responded nonchalantly, saying, 'Sir, there is nothing we can do about it, you might be right, you can either disembark or fly.' This situation made me very uncomfortable. I had to take that flight. I had purchased the ticket for a specific date and time as per my schedule. I mentioned that I would voice my complaint on social platforms with a video I recorded on the plane because I frequently encounter such issues. I also stated that I would complain considering my previous grievances, like being told at the last minute that I couldn't board the plane due to time constraints. They did not offer me any alternative options. I want to express my complaint about this matter. While Turkish Airlines is one of the top five airlines globally, it has now dropped to 16th place, which I believe needs to be questioned. As a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, I feel the need to hold them accountable. Considering my constant grievances, I find it justified to send this complaint video to you and request that you review it and provide feedback. Thank you.
