Turkish Airlines Refused Ticket Change for Istanbul-Paris Flight

Hello, I recently attempted to modify my Turkish Airlines ticket for an Istanbul-Paris Charles de Gaulle flight, purchased a few months ago. When I called customer service yesterday, I was told that the ticket policy does not allow changes. They advised me to submit a feedback request, stating that the relevant department could assist.

I have submitted multiple feedback requests, emphasizing the urgency of the situation. I paid ₺7400 for this ticket and cannot accept an inadequate refund of just ₺800. I urgently request a response from a qualified representative who can assist with either changing or suspending my ticket.

As my flight date is approaching, I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. Please address this issue immediately.
