Turkish Airlines App Glitch Made Me Buy Two Nonrefundable Tickets to Paris
For my flight to Paris on March 15, since the ticket I purchased did not appear in the app, I had to buy it a second time. When I still received no notification from the system and checked, I panicked upon noticing the SMS for the second ticket. I immediately called Turkish Airlines, but since my ticket did not have cancellation or change features, no action could be taken. Currently, I have two tickets for the same destination and nothing can be done. In such cases, customer support should be provided. I have two tickets that I can neither change nor refund, and this issue is due to a glitch in the mobile app. Moreover, I am experiencing this for the second time; my grievance is entirely due to your system. Please refund the second ticket.
