I'm writing because my plane ticket needs to be fixed right away. On July 17, 2023, at 1:10 a.m., I planned to buy a ticket for the 7:45 a.m. flight from Ankara to Erzurum. But, because I made a mistake, I booked it for 19:40. When I called the call center, they said they couldn't help me through that method. Surprisingly, they also told me that I couldn't make any changes or get my money back, even though I had just bought the ticket less than an hour before.
