Turkish Airlines\Anadolu Jet Damaged My Luggage and Didn't Compensate
Hello,
During my Anadolu Jet flight, my luggage was damaged, but they did not cover the damage because there was no report.
1- At the airport, the official told me to take photos and apply online. They did not mention that I needed to file a report.
2- I called customer service at the airport, and they also directed me to apply online. They did not inform me that I needed to file a report at the airport, and I specifically asked, "I'm at the airport, if there's anything I need to do now, I can do it." The response was, "Applying online will be sufficient."
3- I was connected to another official through the airport official, and they also told me over the phone to apply online.
I was asked to take photos of the damaged luggage and ticket with the airport visible in the background. I took the photos with the ground and signs visible.
I was not informed by phone or by the official at the airport that I needed to file a report; I was told that applying online would be sufficient.
I urgently request compensation for the damage.
