Turkish Airlines Damaged My Suitcase on My Flight, Refused Compensation

My suitcase was damaged during my Ordu-Antalya flight connecting Istanbul on 18.02.2025. When I received my luggage at Antalya airport, the wheel was broken off along with the part of the suitcase, as seen in the photos. I applied for a damage report at Antalya airport. Since Turkish Airlines did not have cabin size and hard suitcases, they wanted to give me medium size and fabric suitcases, and I did not accept. They said I could get the money and registered me. They told me to register on thy's website within 7 days, which I did. I leave the answers below. Yes, a damage report was created for my suitcase while I was taking it into the luggage compartment at Ordu airport, but the damage report was for the broken rubber handle of the suitcase, not for the wheel. This means that it is necessary to take a video while delivering it or evidence is required as to why they took the damage. I could use my suitcase that way, but now it is unusable. You both accept the damage and file a record, and then you do not accept the damage. If I can access the camera records at Ordu airport, I will be able to prove it. I really did not expect to be victimized like this from Turkish Airlines. Meanwhile, there were 3 more people whose luggage was damaged on the same flight. Their grievances were not resolved either. I want what is necessary to be done.
