Turkish Airlines Xcover Insurance Purchase Without Proper Information

When purchasing tickets through THY, insurance is sold by Xcover Insurance. However, there is no link or documentation file where we can see the terms and conditions. While selling (delay/late arrival, etc.), they mention compensation but do not provide detailed information, causing people to buy it. However, when needed, they say the insurance only covers events over 4 hours at a rate of ₺150 per hour. Xcover does not mention this information on the purchase page and when you request compensation, they close the issue by saying 'this is our policy, we send the necessary information to your email.' My recommendation is not to purchase insurance from Xcover without getting detailed information when buying a ticket.
