Turkish Airlines Took the Payment but No Tickets Were Issued

On July 15th, I purchased a total of 5 tickets from THY for flights from Düsseldorf to Istanbul on July 21st and from Istanbul to Düsseldorf on August 31st. After receiving a confirmation email from THY, I bought an additional one-way ticket for the same flight. On July 19th around 4 PM, the amount for the 5 tickets was refunded to my account, but the single ticket remained. Since I live in Amsterdam and would be flying from Düsseldorf, I arranged parking, rented a car, and made hotel reservations in Istanbul. Despite multiple feedback submissions and calls to customer service, no one helped me. On July 24th, I received a response stating that I did not complete the ticketing process. How is it possible to transfer money to THY's account without completing ticketing? Does THY have such a system? I had to rebook tickets at double the price I initially found on July 15th, as I had canceled all my other reservations with another company and had to rebook everything at extra cost. For a family of six, these additional expenses are significant. My child flew alone, and we waited for hours for each other, causing distress and inconvenience. Why did my money stay in THY's account for 4 days? I am filing a complaint. We are financially and emotionally distressed.
