Turkish Airlines Istanbul - Nevsehir Flight Ticket Payment Issue
We purchased 5 tickets from Turkish Airlines for the Istanbul - Nevsehir flight. Despite the payment being made and the money being transferred from our account to Turkish Airlines' account, we only received 4 tickets in our email. When we noticed that 1 ticket was missing, we contacted Turkish Airlines. They told us that no payment was visible and that we could purchase the ticket again. We live abroad and had also purchased our tickets from Turkish Airlines for the Amsterdam - Istanbul flight. At that time, despite the payment being made, there were no tickets, and when we contacted them, we received no assistance, so we bought our tickets from another company. Those tickets have still not been refunded. We have always praised and admired Turkish Airlines for years, but encountering such an issue has left us deeply disappointed. We are certain that we will never fly with Turkish Airlines again. Even when we were in distress, no help was provided. Our only request now is for the amount paid for the unaccepted tickets to be refunded to our account. Turkish Airlines is finished for us.
