Turkish Airlines Flight Schedule Change and Unauthorized Charge Issue

I purchased a flight ticket from THY, and the flight time was changed by THY. I received a message from THY instructing me to call the customer service center or confirm the new flight time via the mobile app. However, the system did not allow me to confirm the new time. Therefore, I called the customer service center. The representative asked for ₺7500, stating that otherwise, I would not be able to board the connecting flight. In a rush and panic, I paid the amount with my credit card, and my flight was confirmed. Later, I realized that this process should have been free. I reported the incident to THY, explaining the situation. THY did not take responsibility and claimed that no charge was made. The amount was withdrawn from my card by an entity named 'mobile flight ticket.' There seems to be a network within the THY customer service center. I do not understand how they can access the THY system so easily. I expect THY to provide an explanation for this situation and to resolve my grievance.
