Turkish Airlines TK 208 Check-In Issue with Seat Change

On 02.09.2023, a day before the flight, I checked in my 70-year-old mother for Turkish Airlines flight TK 208 from Istanbul to Singapore, selecting seat 15E. Despite this, her seat was changed to a middle seat. My mother is overweight and has circulation problems, causing her feet to swell during long flights. Therefore, we specifically chose an aisle seat with extra legroom. Even after visiting the Turkish Airlines counter twice at Antalya Airport, she received no assistance and was told her seat was changed due to an aircraft change. However, her friends' seats remained unchanged. When I contacted customer service, they confirmed there was no aircraft change and advised my mother to visit the counter, where she still received no help. I also called customer service after check-in to pay for seat 15E if it was a paid seat but was told they couldn't assist over the phone and that help would be available at the airport. No payment option appeared during the online check-in process either. Despite contacting customer service multiple times and showing a screenshot of the completed check-in, no resolution was provided. The seat selected for the Antalya-Istanbul flight TK 2413 remained unchanged, but only the Istanbul-Singapore flight seat was altered. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of resolution from Turkish Airlines and urgently request that my mother's issue be addressed.
