Turkish Airlines Ticket Refund Issue
I purchased a Turkish Airlines Frankfurt-Istanbul flight ticket through Ucuzabilet.com. Due to a name discrepancy, I sent a certificate of equivalence. They informed me that they wanted to refund my ticket since changes could not be made. I received an email stating that I needed to visit the sales office for my ticket refund, but since there is no sales office in my city, I requested the refund to be transferred to my IBAN. They insisted that I go to the sales office, so yesterday I made a 3-hour trip to the sales office at Istanbul Airport. The employees there told me that my ticket refund could not be processed within a month and that I had come for nothing, as the refund could also be transferred to my IBAN. Every person I spoke to under the Turkish Airlines umbrella gave me different information, and I couldn't get any accurate information. In short, I made a 3-hour trip for my ticket refund, but I returned empty-handed.
