On 31.07.2023, I submitted feedback with the number TK-9084655, requesting to reschedule my existing ticket for free by attaching the chief physician-approved report of my first-degree relative. Subsequently, they asked for documents to prove the first-degree relationship. Despite sending both the approved doctor's report and the family lineage document in the feedback numbered 9084655, they requested the doctor's report again. I explained the process again and sent the documents once more with the feedback numbered 9091814, stating the urgency of the matter. While they evaluated the missing documents within an hour, they now state that it will take 7 days to conclude when no missing documents are found. I wonder what other urgency could there be for the matter to be evaluated and concluded. While other airlines resolve this process and issue tickets within 24 hours, I cannot understand why it takes so long with a company like THY. I request the matter to be resolved urgently.
