Despite opening a feedback request on November 2, 2023, I have not received any response for 11 days. This is the first time I have experienced such a delay from THY, and I have not had any issues until now.
In 2022, I was given a travel voucher after submitting a medical report for a ticket I purchased. I accepted this without any objections. In October 2023, I used the travel voucher and paid the remaining amount with my card to purchase a new ticket.
When I wanted to change the date or make the ticket open, I learned that only the amount charged to the card was considered, and the travel voucher was not accounted for. Firstly, the travel voucher is not a gift from you; it is my own money, and I do not understand why it is not being considered. This is absurd.
Considering the travel voucher amount given to me in 2022 does not match the current ticket prices and the depreciation of my money, you should compensate for my loss. You could have refunded it to my credit card at the time.
I have not received a response from you for 11 days, and the date of my purchased ticket is approaching. I am perplexed about how to insist on your response. Customer Service can only mark the request as urgent, which does not help.
I request that the total of the travel voucher and the amount charged to the card be considered together when changing the date or making the ticket open, and the depreciation of the voucher be taken into account.
