Turkish Airlines Ticket Change Issue
On January 13th, I purchased a one-way ticket from Istanbul to Trabzon with Turkish Airlines for my university exam. However, due to a change in my exam date, I need to postpone my flight ticket to January 16th. I learned that my ticket, being in economy class, does not have the right to change. Additionally, I cannot take leave from work and I am a student. They mentioned that they could cancel my ticket with a deduction, but I was informed that I would only receive a refund of just over ₺100 from my ₺1,305 ticket. This situation has put me in a very difficult position. I am seeking support from Turkish Airlines officials. I request my ticket to be postponed to the morning of January 16th. As a student, I have flown with Turkish Airlines more than 10 times in the last two years. I kindly ask the officials to contact me and resolve my issue. Stay healthy.
