As soon as I learned at the counter that I needed to apply for an online visa for South Korea, I immediately initiated the process for a ticket change. Due to the reason mentioned above, I changed my 9th August IST-ICN flight before the flight and was charged an additional ₺45,824.32. Since I had to complete the process before the flight, I proceeded with it. Upon later reviewing the amount, I noticed an error. Previously, I had purchased my 9th August 01:50 IST-ICN flight and my return 30th August 23:35 ICN-IST flight for ₺71,403.50. Currently, when I check, the 11th August 01:50 IST-ICN and 30th August 23:35 ICN-IST flights are displayed as ₺95,505.82, as shown in the attached screenshot. According to the ticket change rule, as indicated in the screenshots, the change fee is ₺3,503.00, and this should be added to the fare difference and collected from me. Therefore, according to the calculation (₺95,505.82 - ₺71,403.50 + ₺3,503.00), I should be paying ₺27,605.32. However, despite my flight being a round trip, it was calculated as if I was purchasing a one-way ticket, resulting in a higher fee, even though I was not changing my return ticket. This calculation also includes the fare difference for the return ticket. I request that the issue be investigated and that I be contacted by an authorized department. If my grievance is not resolved, I will take the necessary steps to file a complaint.
