Issue with Turkish Airlines App Interface Caused Inconvenience
I purchased a round-trip ticket for the 4th, selecting a flight at 5:30 AM for departure and a return flight at 12:30 AM on the same day. I did not change the date. Upon reaching my destination and attempting to check in for my return flight, I saw that I had missed the flight. According to the call center, the return flight was actually at 12:30 AM on the 3rd, and I had missed it. I had selected the 4th when booking, and no warning was given. Additionally, despite the return flight being scheduled before the departure flight, the system did not alert me and allowed the booking to proceed. I was inconvenienced due to an interface and user experience error in the Turkish Airlines app. I urgently request that this issue be corrected and my inconvenience be addressed.
