On 21.09.2023, I missed the TK2334 flight scheduled for 18:00 and called customer service to request a reschedule. First, they gave me a number to call. I called the number, but it was unrelated and turned out to be Anadolu Jet. I called you again and was given another number. This time, the first person who answered said I could handle it through my travel agency. I called the agency, but they said they couldn't do it because I had already checked in and advised me to call THY. I called you again, and this time, the person who answered said that the process could have been handled directly without the agency. Anyway, I requested a check-in cancellation. I was told there was a system issue and that they would email technical support and get back to me. Of course, no one called me back. Long story short, due to your technical issue, I missed the rescheduling window, and my two tickets were voided. I had to buy new tickets at 22:00. All my calls were made from a single number. I kindly request you to review the records and assist me with this issue.
