Turkish Airlines Staff Refused Us Boarding

Yesterday at 4 PM, we woke up and went to the airport. We had already checked in and proceeded to gate A7A. We sat in front of the gate, enjoying some juice and chatting. Our eyes were fixed on the gate, and we noticed that everyone was boarding. However, it was quite crowded, so we decided to wait a bit until there were fewer people. We planned to get up and go inside once the crowd had subsided. When there were only six or seven people left in front of the gate, we approached and expressed our intention to board. Two individuals, ANIL E*** and FEHMI Y****, informed us that the door was closed. However, it was clear that the door was still open. Despite explaining that we had paid a significant amount for this flight and rented a house at our destination, making it financially challenging for us to purchase another ticket, they remained uncooperative. They even threatened to cancel our return ticket because we couldn't board this flight, citing their rules. We couldn't believe their indifference. We felt mistreated and stressed, as it's not easy for us to save money for a vacation. We aren't wealthy individuals who travel abroad frequently; this trip was a result of careful savings. The names of the individuals involved were ANIL E*** and FEHMI YI****. I demand a refund for the money I spent or their removal from their positions.
