Turkish Airlines Flight Denial Experience
I purchased two flight tickets from Turkish Airlines to Sarajevo. I woke up at 4 AM and, living in Kurtkoy, I arrived at Turkish Airlines and waited 1.5 hours in front of the departure gate. Due to the crowd at the entrance, I waited for them to move inside before entering. There were about 20 people, and when I arrived, they closed the gate. They told me they couldn't let me in. I was shocked and asked why, but they just said the doors were closed. They were letting a few passengers in at that moment, and when I asked why, they said those were employees. Despite my efforts, they didn't let me and my daughter in. I had two flight tickets, and they said the plane was full and had reached its capacity, so they gave our seats to others. They refused to let us board because the plane was full. Even a young boy next to us wasn't allowed in. They sold our seats to others and left us stranded. They threatened to call the police, and when I told them to go ahead, they didn't call anyone and just left us there. I am complaining about those employees, A*** E**** and F**** Y********, who caused this issue. They could have easily let us in, but they didn't and left us in a difficult situation. I was inconvenienced all day because of this. I demand appropriate action be taken. I want those two individuals to face consequences for their actions. I pleaded with them, explaining that we had important matters to attend to and that I was not even a late passenger, as I had been there 15 minutes before the gate closed.
