Turkish Airlines Sold Our Tickets To Other People
Even though we bought our flight tickets and woke up at 4 a.m., they did not let us enter the airplane. At that time, they were allowing employees inside and didn't listen to what we said. Two of the workers, named ANIL ERMA** and FEHMİ YILDIZH**, were particularly unhelpful. They claimed the capacity was full and, shockingly, sold our tickets to other passengers. We watched as these passengers boarded the plane, but Turkish Airlines didn't seem to care about us at all. I will never buy tickets from Turkish Airlines again. How could they sell our tickets to others? They had initially scheduled the flight for 7:30, but even after 7:45, the plane was still on the platform. They could have easily accommodated us, but they chose not to. It's clear that ANIL ERM** AND FEHMİ YILDIZH** are responsible for this fraud, and Turkish Airlines is equally at fault for allowing it to happen. I want everyone to know that the airline's employees sold our tickets to other passengers.
