Turkish Airlines Staff Error Caused Inconvenience
A major company like Turkish Airlines is causing inconvenience to its customers due to staff errors. I made changes to my canceled flight, and the staff informed me that it was canceled again, so I changed it once more. My friend and I were supposed to travel on the same flight round trip. When it was my friend's turn, they said his return flight wasn't canceled and he didn't have the right for a free change. When I questioned how mine was canceled on the same flight, they said mine wasn't canceled either and that I had used my free change right. Now, we will return from our planned vacation separately. The reason is a staff member's carelessness. I contact the call center and send emails every day, but they still claim they are not at fault. For me, Turkish Airlines is a regret; they never value their customers. They make us pay for their staff's carelessness.
