Turkish Airlines Seating Issues and Unresolved Complaints
Turkish Airlines has consistently caused inconvenience for its customers. Just five days ago, I bought tickets for my mother, sister, and nephew, chose their seats, and paid for them. However, the system only processed my mother's payment, allowing me to select seats and complete the transaction on her behalf. When the time came to check in, I discovered that my sister and nephew had been assigned separate seats, leaving my mother alone. I wanted them to sit together, but the seat next to my mother appeared to have been sold. Surprisingly, the seat that was not sold to me was later sold to someone else. My travel companions have been separated as a result of Turkish Airlines' failure to charge me for the seat I requested on time. Despite my complaints, Turkish Airlines refuses to acknowledge or resolve the problem.
