I subscribed to Figma Professional by making a one-time payment of $24 and later canceled my subscription. However, despite canceling the service, an additional charge of $98 was deducted from my account the following month. I suffered financial loss because this charge was processed without my approval and after my subscription had already been terminated.
Although I have my bank and card statements as well as payment receipts documenting both transactions, I have been unable to establish effective communication with Figma. I could not obtain a clear response through the available support channels, and my attempts to resolve the issue directly have been unsuccessful. As a result, I am experiencing significant frustration and financial hardship due to both the original $24 payment and the unauthorized $98 charge that was taken after cancellation.
I request an immediate refund of the full $98 amount that was charged to my card and collected from my bank after my subscription was canceled. In addition, I want my subscription to be permanently closed and all future billing attempts stopped. I expect written confirmation that my account has been fully canceled and that no further unauthorized charges will be made to my payment method.
