Turkish Airlines Promotional Ticket Complaint

I purchased a promotional campaign ticket from Turkish Airlines for January 2024 - February 2024, SAW - Basel. I paid a total of ₺18,750 for this so-called promotional ticket. After the campaign ended, the non-promotional ticket prices for the same route ranged between ₺9,000-₺10,000. Are you really mocking people? I took screenshots and sent them to the relevant authorities.

I am writing this on 16.10.23. Even now, I can get the same tickets for lower prices for the same dates. I have nothing more to say. What is this promotional campaign ticket you are talking about? You are misleading people. It's really a shame. Turkish Airlines doesn't offer refunds for tickets; moreover, if you want to make changes, they ask for an additional $50 plus the fare difference. I understand the fare difference, but what is the $50 for? Sure, you already sold the ticket as a promotion. Now, to change it, I have to pay an additional $50 on top of the fare difference. Do you really think this is fair? The next day, Pegasus released the same promotional ticket. I specifically checked their page. Their prices were lower than yours, and even after the promotion, their ticket prices were above the promotional prices. At least they are honest. I regret not buying the ticket from them. This will be our last flight with Turkish Airlines...
