Requesting a Second Chance For My WePlay Account Ban

I have been using the WePlay platform with the replay ID 5l2275*** and username Sahil. My account was banned about one year ago due to an alleged community rules violation. At the time of the ban I was in the main room using voice chat. I understand that I made a mistake during the voice chat, but I did not intend to harm anyone and I have not repeated such behaviour since then. For a long time I have not been able to access my account and all of my progress and social connections on WePlay are stuck. I kindly request that you review my account and the ban decision once more. If possible, I would like my WePlay account to be unbanned or the ban period to be reduced so that I can use the application again in accordance with the rules. If the ban cannot be lifted, I request a clear explanation of the exact rule I violated and whether there is any way for me to get a second chance.
