Erasmus students who are going abroad can get a 15% discount on their flight tickets thanks to an agreement between the Turkish National Agency and Turkish Airlines. With this campaign, I also received my discount code. But whenever I tried to apply the promo code to my ticket, I received an error. I provided feedback to THY on May 1, 2023, but my issue has still not been resolved after 17 days. The ticket, which cost 6 thousand liras when purchased, is now worth 8 thousand liras. I was and continue to be a victim of THY's systemic issue. I don't want to pay the difference, and I need my 15% discount right away. I've been on hold for 2.5 weeks, and I've called the call center several times with no luck. It's irresponsible and unfit for THY, one of the world's largest airlines.
