Turkish Airlines Didn’t Update My Student Status and Ticket Price Doubled

I planned to buy a ticket from Turkish Airlines for Friday, November 8th. Although I am an active student, I encountered a system message stating I couldn’t purchase a student fare ticket. Customer service informed me that I needed to upload a student document once a year to maintain my student status in their system. I submitted feedback through the Turkish Airlines website, and customer service assured me they would respond within 6 hours, but no response came. I called again the next day, today, and the request was marked as urgent. Throughout this time, I kept trying to purchase the ticket. However, this evening, the ticket price suddenly increased from ₺1217 to ₺2327. In summary, my request was ignored within the promised timeframe, and now the ticket price has doubled.

There has been no response regarding the problem. I used Pegasus for my relevant flight.
