Turkish Airlines Unjustly Deactivated My Elite Plus Membership
As a loyal Turkish Airlines Elite Plus member, I’m shocked by the treatment I’ve received. I booked a miles ticket for my 14-year-old cousin, and instead of informing us properly about any issues at the gate, Turkish Airlines deactivated my membership without even a proper explanation. Despite following all rules, we were falsely accused of commercial use. When I tried to address this with customer service, I was met with nothing but copy-paste responses, with no one genuinely addressing my concerns. Years of loyalty, effort, and money invested in this airline have been completely disregarded. This is incredibly unfair, and I expect Turkish Airlines to restore my membership and resolve this issue immediately.
