Turkish Airlines Lounge Service Payment Issue

Despite making a payment for lounge service during online check-in, I was unable to use the service at the airport due to lack of availability. My foreign guest, who had separately purchased lounge access, also couldn't use the service. When I inquired with the staff, I was informed that I needed to create a refund request through the call center. Although I created the request with reference number TK-10888624, I have not received a response for 4 days. Meanwhile, my foreign guest received a refund confirmation 2 days ago. When I called the call center again, I was told that requests made in English are processed faster. Additionally, the conversation was conducted in a condescending manner. While my foreign guest received a refund confirmation within a day, my investigation process seems never-ending. Please remove 'Turkish' from your company name, as you do not deserve it. What is this blatant second-class treatment of your own citizens? Shame on you.
