Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage and Provided a Lack of Information

Today, I traveled from Sirnak at 11:20 AM to Istanbul at 2:30 PM with a connecting THY flight to Isparta. Upon arriving in Isparta, my baggage was missing. They informed me that they had no information about whether the baggage was left in Sirnak or Istanbul, assuming it might be in Istanbul due to the airport's size. They created a record with the number ISETK10596. Since there are no flights to Isparta until Friday, they mentioned that my baggage could be brought to Denizli Airport on the 8:30 PM Istanbul-Denizli Cardak flight and then sent to Isparta bus terminal by bus. I agreed to pick it up from the Isparta bus terminal myself. However, I have not yet received any confirmation on whether the baggage has been loaded onto the flight. Despite explaining my situation to customer service, I learned that there is no record in the system. If I can't get information about my baggage from customer service, why does such a solution center exist? They say that the airport staff knows, but those staff members are unreachable. Due to THY's mistake, I am left without my belongings for a three-day wedding trip to Isparta, and there is a possibility that my baggage might not arrive before I leave the city. I would like to note that the earliest flight to Isparta is on Friday afternoon. It is also a problem that the only solution they offer is to 'wait and complain'!
