On June 28, 2024, I traveled from Izmir to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK2311, then from Istanbul to Conakry on flight TK0537. Upon arrival in Conakry, my luggage with tag number "0235369319", which I had checked in at Izmir, was not delivered to me.
I filed a claim about this issue the same night, but I haven't received any response yet. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience. I urgently request an update on this matte Note: I did register a lost baggage claim at Conakry airport. However, they didn't provide me with any reference or tracking number. They only gave me some contact information, which I've attached as an image.
