Turkish Airlines Left My Luggage Soaked in the Rain, All My Clothes and Belongings Were Ruined

During our Antalya-Barcelona flight, all the luggage we received was completely soaked. When I got home and opened the suitcases, everything inside was wet and smelled terrible. It had rained heavily in both Barcelona and Istanbul yesterday, and it seems like our bags were left out in the rain. All of our clothes and belongings were drenched. I expect an explanation from Turkish Airlines about this situation. At the very least, I would appreciate a call from the company to inform me that they will investigate the matter and offer an apology.
