Turkish Airlines Lacks Vegan Meal Option For Domestic Flights
On the TK2714 Istanbul-Kars flight dated 27.01, despite selecting the vegan option in the meal preference section, I was told during the service that there was no vegan meal available. When I called your customer service, I was informed that there is no vegan meal option on domestic flights. As a customer paying the same fare, it is unacceptable that my dietary preferences are not accommodated and a common dietary choice is ignored. While vegan options are available on your international flights, I would expect this option to be added to domestic flights as well. I urge Turkish Airlines to find a solution to this issue as soon as possible. As a prestigious airline in Turkey, it is disappointing and unacceptable to consciously ignore customer grievances. It is 2024, and as a vegan individual, I want to have equal rights. I expect a vegan meal option to be added to my return flight TK2717 Kars-Istanbul on 02.02.
