Turkish Airlines Domestic Flights Lack of Gluten-Free Bread Option

I contacted Turkish Airlines customer service to request a gluten-free sandwich for my Istanbul-Dalaman-Istanbul flights on December 29, 2023, and January 2, 2024. As a frequent flyer who is compelled to travel with Turkish Airlines, I often find myself having to call their customer service. They are never a solution-oriented airline. Due to my gluten sensitivity, I wanted to request the sandwich they serve on domestic flights to be gluten-free. It's already an issue that they only offer a small sandwich as a snack for a ticket that costs ₺4500, and on top of that, I was told that 'meal selection service is not available' on domestic flights. So, people with gluten sensitivity or vegetarians should stay hungry on domestic flights—is this the service understanding of Turkish Airlines? Competing airlines provide extensive menus even for a 45-minute flight, but the airline that flies to the most destinations in the world is not ashamed to say 'we don't have meal options on domestic flights.' When I provided feedback on the issue, they only reiterated the same response they gave me over the phone, without offering any solution. They never solve the problem. It's unacceptable for an airline at these ticket prices to be unable to provide even gluten-free bread. Additionally, the profile of the people they employ in customer service is appalling. They are rude, intolerant, not solution-oriented, and impolite. I am tired of being scolded by Turkish Airlines customer service representatives. My unpleasant conversation with an inconsiderate customer service employee named S*** is not the first unpleasant experience I've had with this company. Unfortunately, it won't be the last. As prices rise, quality decreases.
