Turkish Airlines Lacked Support for the Lost Baggage
On the evening of November 18th at 8:45 PM, we had a flight from Istanbul Airport to Gazipasa. Our flight was delayed and took off at 10:50 PM. Due to weather conditions, we couldn't land in Gazipasa and after circling in the air for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, it was decided to land in Antalya. When we landed at 2:00 AM, we were told to fill out a form and that we would be transferred to Alanya. We requested accommodation with our children at night with our luggage, but we were informed that we could only stay at our own expense. As a result, after a bus journey of approximately 2 hours, we were left by the roadside. In the confusion of sleep and with sleeping children, I forgot my backpack in the car. Today, I have called everywhere, but we have not received any results for my lost backpack. Thank you, Turkish Airlines, for the comfortable journey.
