Turkish Airlines Honeymoon Flight and Baggage Issues

On May 23, 2024, my spouse P**** D**** and I booked a flight from Istanbul Airport to Antalya Gazipasa Airport for our honeymoon. Our flight, which was scheduled to land at 09:45, circled in the air for a long time because the pilot said there was wind (later we learned that the wind was minimal and other planes had landed easily at that time). When the pilot couldn't land at Gazipasa, we landed at Antalya Airport. Passengers who wanted to could disembark in Antalya, and we were informed that the flight to Alanya would resume in an hour. Since our hotel was far from Antalya, we had to wait. During this time, the plane was refueled, which also took additional time. Finally, around 13:00, we disembarked, but couldn't find our luggage. We were told it was unloaded in Antalya. We had to wait a long time for our luggage, and a report was filed. We missed the prepaid vehicle that was supposed to pick us up at 10:30. We were told we could leave and that our luggage would be sent to our address if found. We took a taxi to our hotel, costing an additional 1500₺. Without swimsuits and towels, we couldn't use the hotel's beach and pool facilities, and since we arrived at the hotel at 5 PM, we missed lunch. We were stranded in the center of Antalya in pants and sneakers, and our communication was cut off as we didn't have our chargers. I request a refund of 1,000₺ for the vehicle fare we missed due to Turkish Airlines, 1500₺ for the taxi fare, and 4900₺ for the first day at the hotel that we couldn't use. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights.
