Turkish Airlines Is Not Sending My ₺8600 Invoice for Business Class Flight
Turkish Airlines persistently does not send my invoice. I have previously generated the invoices for my past flights through the website "https://ebiletfatura.turkishairlines.com/" without any issues. However, for my most recent flight, "Çukurova - Istanbul, Friday 23 Aug 2024, Business Class - Business," I created the ₺8600 invoice from the website, but the email never arrived, and I can't view the invoice either. I’ve tried multiple times but have been unable to access my invoice. I submitted a request on the Turkish Airlines website three times, and each time, I received the same response stating that there was no issue. I cannot find anyone else to contact. If my invoice is not sent, I will file an official complaint with "[email protected]." As a customer who has flown over 500 times with Turkish Airlines, I’m both shocked and disappointed by this experience. Since I don’t have the invoice, I am unable to submit my expenses to the legal expense department.
