Turkish Airlines Won't Provide Commercial Invoice for My Business Ticket Purchase
I’m unable to obtain a commercial invoice from Turkish Airlines, which is creating a serious issue. When I made the purchase, there was no clear information provided on how or where to request an invoice. I assumed it would be similar to other companies—issued after the flight. To my surprise, when I checked their e-invoice portal, I discovered I couldn't get the invoice as I was expected to enter the company details right after the purchase. It’s far too late to learn that now. Additionally, the personal invoice they issued is incorrect and doesn’t include the extra luggage I bought with the ticket. I’m now at risk with the tax authorities since I paid with the company’s credit card. Turkish Airlines hasn’t responded to my inquiries, and I’m left without any support.
