Turkish Airlines Flight Delay Complaint: Unresolved 4-hour Delay Issue and Lack of Apology

Dear Turkish Airlines,

I have submitted the following complaint multiple times without receiving a satisfactory response, which is why I am now posting it here. The replies we’ve received from your team have not addressed the issue at all or offered any meaningful resolution.

A 4-hour and 20-minute delay, as experienced on this flight, should come with a proper apology and compensation, just like any other major global airline. However, your response simply dismisses the rights of the passenger, stating that "flights before this date" are excluded, which undermines the concept of passenger rights and is simply unacceptable.

We firmly believe that Turkish Airlines, as a world-renowned brand, should handle this matter with the professionalism and ethical standards it is known for. We expect a formal apology and compensation for this delay and a direct resolution to our situation.

We hope to see a genuine effort to address this issue and restore our trust in your service.
