Turkish Airlines Flight Schedule Change for Samsun-Istanbul Route Caused Inconvenience

Hello, I reside in Samsun. I purchased an international tour departing from Istanbul (scheduled for December 29th, Wednesday at 09:20 AM with Turkish Airlines flight TK1587 to Frankfurt). For the Samsun-Istanbul connection, I bought a ticket for THY flight TK2819 at 4:40 AM on November 29, 2023, Wednesday. This would have allowed me to reach Istanbul Airport in time for my international flight. However, on November 23, 2023, Wednesday, I received a message from THY stating that the Samsun-Istanbul flight was canceled and that I could switch to flight TK2807 at 09:35 AM. Since this did not align with my international flight, I had to purchase a ticket for November 28, Tuesday at 8:15 PM. However, an additional fee of ₺550 was charged for this ticket change. I was penalized for a change beyond my control. Moreover, since I will arrive in Istanbul the night before, I will need to stay at a hotel, which will be an additional expense. In this context, I request a refund of the additional ₺550 charged to me and coverage of my hotel expenses.
