Turkish Airlines Flight Rescheduling Issue
I am dissatisfied with the staff. I had a flight at 6:35 AM and I was there at 6:00 AM. Despite not having any luggage, I was misled due to having a discounted ticket, causing me to miss my flight. Then, they directed me to buy another ticket under the guise of a discount, but I couldn't purchase it. It's unfair, don't make people suffer. Don't take our money for nothing and mislead us. That money is earned under tough conditions, and you embarrassed us in such a situation. Don't put others in this position either. If your goal is to sell expensive tickets, don't sell us discounted ones. We know there is no option for customer service, advisor, or even to file a complaint. You can't provide feedback or assistance, but don't treat us like fools.
