Essence Mascara Formula Runs and Smudges Immediately, Prompting Refund Request

In February, I purchased an Essence mascara from the Eve store on Gazi Street in Elazığ. Having used this exact product before, I bought it with confidence, but this batch was terrible. When I tried applying it, almost no product came off on the wand, and as soon as I put it on, it immediately ran and smudged. The mascara's formula seemed completely spoiled and was nowhere near the quality of the one I previously owned, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied.

Because I only recently tried it out, I have not yet returned to the store to explain what happened. I am requesting a full refund from the store for this mascara, which I believe is defective or expired. I ask that they look into this issue and process my refund promptly.
