Kumho Summer Tires Suffer Severe Cracking and Splitting Across Five Separate Tires

I believe there is a severe manufacturing defect in Kumho summer tires. All four tires I purchased developed cracks and splits within a few months. When the first tire split, I assumed it was my own driving error and paid out of pocket to replace it. However, I now see that similar cracking and splitting are present on both that newly purchased tire and all the others—meaning a total of five tires have suffered from the exact same issue.
When I initially reported the first split tire, I was told it was user error, and no warranty action was taken, leaving me with no choice but to pay for a replacement myself. At the time, I did not anticipate that the other tires would suffer from the same issue, but shortly after, the exact same problem appeared on all of them.
I demand that Kumho retrieve and thoroughly inspect the four tires currently on my vehicle. If this issue stems from a manufacturing defect, I request full compensation for the financial losses I have incurred so far and a set of defect-free, reliable tires. I ask for a prompt and fair resolution to my grievance.
