Turkish Airlines Flight Issues on 01.07.2023

Despite calling THY and writing multiple complaints on their website about our problematic flight on 01.07.2023, I have received no response. I had to travel after surgery, and we faced long queues in the crowded area before boarding. Additionally, our luggage was intentionally delivered to us the next day. This flight caused us significant inconvenience. It was an experience unworthy of THY. Despite my numerous calls and complaints, no one has contacted me or apologized. I am determined to take all necessary actions until I receive a response. I cannot and will not accept this negligence and indifference.
