Turkish Airlines Check-in Issue Due to System Error and Missed Flight

The response from Turkish Airlines regarding my feedback is as follows: We are sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced.
Upon reviewing your feedback, we found that you were not allowed to board your flight on February 11, 2024, at 15:24 due to your presence at the airport. Additionally, we noticed that you contacted our call center at 14:24 before the flight, but since it was within the last 90 minutes, you were directed to the airport as check-in could not be completed.
Based on the response from Turkish Airlines, I called at 14:24 for my flight at 16:00 and was unable to check in. The response given to me was that I called at 14:24 for the 16:00 flight, which is within the last 90 minutes. However, when you do the math, it is 96 minutes, meaning I should have had 6 minutes to check in according to Turkish Airlines' response. Despite this, I was unable to check in due to a system-related problem. I keep submitting feedback and complaints, but the response remains the same as above. According to the response provided, I should have been able to check in. I need support to resolve my issue. Please assist me in resolving this problem.
