Turkish Airlines' Flight Delay Chaos
On July 8th, my TK7025 flight from Ankara (ESB) was delayed for operational/force majeure reasons by 50 minutes. As a result, I was unable to catch my TK4172 flight to Çanakkale (CKZ), forcing me to make changes to my ticket. The new ticket was modified to TK2429 from the nearest airport, Istanbul, with an immediate connection to TK2264 from Antalya Airport. Since this change occurred less than 72 hours before my return flight, I cannot modify my TK7179 flight to Ankara (ESB) and TK7024 flight from Antalya (AYT) even if I pay the fees. I am requesting a free update for my flight on July 12th. I have created a file on the THY website with the reference TK-8935570. Despite less than 12 hours remaining until my flight, I have yet to receive a response, and I am extremely dissatisfied. I demand a free change due to the inconvenience and the waste of 1.5 days caused by a mere 50-minute delay.
