Turkish Airlines Flight Delay and Poor Service Experience

On 17.09.2023, I purchased a ticket for a flight from Antalya to Ordu-Giresun. My itinerary included a flight from Antalya to Ankara at 22:05, followed by a connecting flight from Ankara to Ordu at 23:55. While on the way to the airport, I received a message stating that my Antalya-Ankara flight (TK7027) would be delayed by 1 hour. There was no information provided regarding the connecting flight from Ankara. Shortly before the flight, I received an email informing me that the 23:55 flight from Ankara to Ordu (TK7138) was rescheduled to the next day. At the airport, no one addressed our concerns for a long time. Eventually, an official directed us to take a connecting flight from Istanbul to Ordu, despite previously stating there were no available seats. The new tickets provided were for a flight from Antalya to Istanbul at 22:30 (TK2439) on 17.09.2023, followed by a flight from Istanbul to Ordu at 22:30 (TK2850) on 18.09.2023. The flight to Istanbul was delayed by 1 hour and departed at 23:30. Upon arrival in Istanbul, we were told we would receive assistance to catch our next flight, but no one was there to guide us, and we missed the connection despite running to the gate. When we explained the situation at Istanbul Airport, we were told that we wouldn't have made it to the connecting flight anyway. They sent us to Istanbul for a flight we couldn't catch. I requested the earliest possible ticket to Ordu due to an upcoming exam and a place to rest. They issued me a ticket for the 08:30 TK2850 flight on 18.09.2023 and said they could only cover meal expenses. However, instead of a meal payment, I was given a piece of paper. Additionally, between 01:45-02:00 on 18.09.2023, a female employee in the meal card area rudely asked her colleague to handle our issue and tried to dismiss us. I requested a short hotel stay or lounge access to rest and prepare for my exam, but was told this was not possible (despite receiving hotel accommodation in Ankara). I chose the shortest transfer time and paid a higher fare to have time to rest, but Anadolu Jet - Turkish Airlines caused me significant inconvenience. Despite the cheaper ticket for the Istanbul transfer, I was not refunded the difference. Furthermore, although there were three of us experiencing this situation, only one person was granted lounge access, which was discriminatory.
