Turkish Airlines Flight Delay and Inconvenience

On January 13, 2024, my flight from Erzurum to Istanbul was scheduled to depart at 8:50 PM but instead took off at 10:45 PM, landing around 2 AM. Since the ticket indicated that we should be at the airport 2 hours before domestic flights, I arrived early and waited at the airport. I prefer air travel because I can't stay in closed spaces for long periods; however, this time we were boarded at 8:30 PM and had to wait inside the plane for 2 hours. I felt very uncomfortable, although the cabin crew was very helpful, and I thank them all. Despite their assistance, the inconvenience I experienced was indescribable. It's quite unusual for this to happen with Turkish Airlines. Another issue was that we were supposed to land at Istanbul Airport at 11 PM, but we landed at 2 AM, causing problems with the person who was supposed to pick me up. I will be flying to Erzurum again soon and definitely do not want to choose this airline.
