On 04/09/2023, I had a flight with Turkish Airlines scheduled for 23:00. The flight was delayed, and I was rescheduled to fly from Samsun to Istanbul at 00:05, despite a flood warning that day. I arrived 38 minutes before the flight instead of the required 45 minutes, and as a result, I was not allowed to check in. Instead of assisting me, the staff were sarcastic and informed me that I could purchase a business class seat for ₺5000 for the next flight. In my stressed state, I bought the ticket and boarded the plane, only to find that someone with an economy ticket was seated in business class. The flight attendant noticed and mentioned that the person knew someone in ground services. After a brief conversation, the attendant allowed the person to stay. This experience made me realize that even at Turkish Airlines, it's challenging to find someone to address complaints. I was simply asked to fill out this form. It's disappointing.
